The staff at Greenwood Dental are always professional and kind. I appreciate that my hygienist Liane is gentle and always gives me good feedback about how to keep my teeth at their best.
From the receptionist, to the dental hygienists and dental assistant to Dr. Shirtcliff, the Dentist -- I rate all excellent. Have been going to Greenwood Dental Care for years now. Always the same staff and always on time with appointments and timely reminders for next appointments. Really great attitudes and everyone is super experienced and competent.!!
LeAnn was wonderful. She has such a gentle touch. Never pain!! She is very good at her job. She is also friendly and kind. I love my dentist office!!
Great first experience. I really appreciated that the Dr. took the time to explain my options with the filling, and didn't just expect me to do what he said.
I use to fear getting my teeth cleaned. Since going to Greenwood Dental Care for several years, I look forward to teeth cleaning. I do my best to follow the advice of what to do each day for clean teeth and gums though I don't always do a good job. I am never shamed. Instead I am encouraged to do my best. I love the staff as everyone is friendly and helpful!!
Dr Shirtcliff was very thorough with exam, plus he’s interested in the person, their thoughts what they want and what he feels really needs to be addressed, and what doesn’t. I really like his saying~ If it’s not broke don’t fix it. That makes so much sense to me. It’s not about all the money, it’s about the person, as it should be.
