Personnel are friendly, professional, and helpful. My appointments have always been held on time, The first time I visited the practice, I had a dental emergency, and I was worked into the schedule immediately, and my dentist did a very good job. The discount plan from Aetna which the practice accepts has helped provide significant reduction in costs.
On this visit I was attended by Dr. Pfalzgraf and Lisa to prepare for a cap. Both were very professional, patient and understanding regarding my pain sensitivity. They keep excellent records of visits, work done and work to be done. I am not inclined to follow through on some treatments when pain is involved but all is documented so they keep me on track for good dental health.

The staff called me before my appointment to tell me that the appointment before me had canceled and I could come in early. How nice that was! Gave me more time in the day to get errands done. Star did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, as always. The professionalism and kindness exhibited at Cherry Hills Dental is phenomenal.
Star and Dr. Pfalzgraf were wonderful as they always are! I have never been treated better!
As I may have stated before: I first came to CHDA 30+ years ago, my gums and teeth were suffering and with care and their expertise I am so pleased with my smile!!! They are the best!!
