Always excellent
The appointment itself was great. There were problems beforehand with miscommunication with the office staff getting a prescription called in. I had to call several times asking for it before it was finally called in the day of the appointment.

An absolutely painless repair of a cavity! Dr. Pfalzgraf has the best "touch" of any doctor I've ever experienced. Amazingly, his injection prior to drilling into an upper front tooth was not felt. I expected pain but there was none. Amazing!
