DOES THEIR PHONE NUMBER WORK? I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO REACH THEM ON BEHALF OF A MUTUAL PATIENT AND THE PHONE WILL RING FOR AWHILE, THEN DISCONNECT. ON THE RARE OCCASION THAT I DID GET A PERSON, THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR OVER 17 MINUTES AND WHEN I HUNG UP AND REDIALED THE PHONE NUMBER, I FOUND OUT PART OF THOSE 17 MINUTES WERE DURING THEIR LUNCH HOUR. THIS OFFICE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. HEAVEN FORBID THIS HAD BEEN AN EMERGENCY. i WOULD HAVE LEFT A NEGATIVE STAR RATING HAD I BEEN ABLE. GRACE
My boyfriend has been seen here numerous times and today he had an appointment for 8:00. He arrived early to proceed with his check-in process. He over heard that the staff was seeing the elderly patients first. This is not fair and unprofessional especially since he had to wait 4 HOURS before being called to a room.
