I want to start by saying that I truly value Dr. Martin. She is one of the most attentive and thorough physicians I’ve encountered. She is the sweetest. She takes her time, listens carefully, and does not rush appointments. Even if you have to wait several hours to see her, she sits with you until she gets to the bottom of the issue. DOES THEIR PHONE NUMBER WORK? I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO REACH THEM ON BEHALF OF A MUTUAL PATIENT AND THE PHONE WILL RING FOR AWHILE, THEN DISCONNECT. ON THE RARE OCCASION THAT I DID GET A PERSON, THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR OVER 17 MINUTES AND WHEN I HUNG UP AND REDIALED THE PHONE NUMBER, I FOUND OUT PART OF THOSE 17 MINUTES WERE DURING THEIR LUNCH HOUR. THIS OFFICE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. HEAVEN FORBID THIS HAD BEEN AN EMERGENCY. i WOULD HAVE LEFT A NEGATIVE STAR RATING HAD I BEEN ABLE. GRACE
