It is overpriced for the quality of the hallway, elevator, or professionalism of the office staff. Amy encourages pets which is fine but dogs constantly pee and poop in the hall elevator and right outside the front door. The elevator breaks down once a week. Amy never knows who has which parking spots even after you’ve paid for the same spot for a year then she tells new people to just have cars towed, with a sticker in the window! My husband and I have lived here almost two years and we love it! It’s friendly for our 2 dogs, maintenance staff is easy to access and they fix concerns in a timely manner, we love our leasing office managers Amy and Jessie! Lots of parking for guests, grills for cooking out, and a nice pool to go down and relax at! We’re a Navy couple and are moving soon but we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.

I have been a resident close to 3 years and there is a reason for that. Jesse and Aimee are very attentive to the needs of the residents. The property is clean and kept up both inside and out. Anytime a maintenance issue is required, the staff is always prompt and professional. This is the first time I have experienced "apartment" living and I have been pleased with it every step of the way. When my wife and I got the news we were going to Virginia for our first duty station we started to look at apartments online and came across Greenwich and a few others but narrowing it down to Greenwich we decided to ask for a room not even looking at it in person while I was in California and she was in Ohio we got here and got the key and moved in and we couldn't have been more happy with the blind move to an apartment but overall great place to live brand new appliances and spacious rooms, club house and pool and even a g... read more

The best apartments - I have lived in many apartments - but this is the best one - I never hear my neighbors, the quietess apartment - very good work on the walls sound proof. Nicest apartment managers, friendly people, very safe and it is centrally located to everything in a matter of minutes. Pet friendly with a wonderful dog park and wonderful pool.
