I have lived in this complex for the last year and a half. The first year was fine which is why I renewed but I changed units. This unit was disgusting from the first day I moved in with cereal just on the floor and a dead lizard in a cabinet. I was appalled that the unit was not inspected prior to our move in and it just keeps getting worse. They never inspected the unit after the initial report on how disgusting it was. Low quality appliances, not clean at all. After seeing the model unit when I toured I expected something very different from what I got (they did not make it clear to us that we were touring the renovated units). You can see from my pictures on Google reviews just how rough of a condition it is in. Compare that to pictures on their website and the model unit that they show you when you want to see what a 2 bed looks like and you'd be surprised it's the same place. RecommendedGainesville place is a great place to live if your looking to save money and enjoy a modern space! I definitely recommend living here if you also love the pool and gym. They have it designed nicely and looks super chic!

RecommendedSo far it’s been a good experience! The office is quick to respond when help is needed with something. They have a really nice study area with private study rooms, which has been helpful as a nursing student.

RecommendedI love it here!! Everyone’s so nice and accommodating and would definitely recommend! The pool and all of the amenities from the clubhouse are an added bonus!
