Fantastic job by Greenwell. We have used Greenwell for five years and have recommended them to all our friends. But this week we had a major repair needed and of course we called Greenwell. They finished the job in half the estimated time AND under their quote. Great work by great guys.
We just moved to the area and researched who to call for a few plumbing jobs in our home. We were very happy with Greenwell. Our plumber was very friendly, informative and thorough. We decided to set up a maintenance plan which will ensure that everything is checked yearly. It is a very reasonable cost for huge peace of mind.
We just had a horrible experience. Waiting on a call back let's see how it goes. Service man was very unprofessional. Watch out. They just over charged my elderly mother in law and got smart about it. Will never use them again.
After a year at my new house, I noticed the washer drain backed up slightly when I ran a large load. Snaking all the drains did nothing. Greenwell came out spent 2-3 hrs & could not determine problem - said they would come back in couple days with their ‘drain expert’. Sure enough, on 2nd inspection (in crawl space) original drain from laundry had been routed up & over furnace ductwork creating a backward slant to drainage. After having another company tell us it will cost near 8 thousand dollars to get our sewer line replaced we made some calls for additional quotes. Both Greenwell and another company quoted around 3.5-4 thousand. Greenwell did a great job explaining everything to us and got the job done in one day for way less than the first company. Thank you Greenwell, you're my go to for a plumber now!
I had a leak from my toilet into the basement. I knew I needed a new toilet. I called Greenwell and they sent Jeremiah to check it out. He replaced my toilet and fixed the leak in no time at all. He was very personable and professional. I would absolutely recommend him and Greenwell to anyone needing plumbing services!
