Very prompt with arrival and service was great. I had a clogged toilet due to action figures being flushed. They advised me of options in the very beginning and allowed me to make the decisions. I really liked how they laid out pricing for me up front and tried to keep costs to a minimum for me. Very professional and very reasonable with pricing. I would highly recommend

Always there when I need them...wear booties to protect my floor and have the nicest staff (Gretchen) and techs (Nick) around. They even come all the way to Salem for me. The BEST...simply the BEST. :)

Thank you guys so much for taking care of me so fast when I had a MAJOR surprise/unexpected expense of needing my sewer line rerouted for the pool project. Found out/called you Monday morning, sewer line replacement job done and completed by Thursday afternoon.....THANK YOU!!!

I had to get a new water heater on Friday. The guy they sent over did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

Do not use this company. Unethical business practices, miscommunication, breaks appliances, does not clean up after themselves, $770.00 later plumbing is not fixed. #greenwellplumbingshady

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Left us without the use of our only restroom for a week! Stemler Plumbing was able to fix the issue in less than an hour (and without excavating our yard!) so if you are looking for friendly and knowledgeable plumbers, do yourself a favor and call Stemler NOT Greenwell. I wish I had in the beginning!

Two of your guys just left my house and I couldn't have been happier with the way they handled the job, were friendly and kept me informed of what was going on. They had to dig outside my house and once they found and fixed the leak, they had me come out and see the work done, before refilling the hole. I have used Greenwell Services on many occasions as this is an old house and I have always been 100% happy with the job. I would, and have, recommended them to anyone who needs this kind of service.
