Second time using these guys even better than first. Service tech Nathan Yates came out and was phenomenal. He arrived on time and called when on way as promised. Got everything fixed quickly, was kind, professional and went above and beyond to explain what what was going on which made it a great experience!! Didn’t fix my busted pipe correctly, it busted again, they put me on the schedule for the next day between 2-6, it’s currently almost 8pm and still no sign of the plumber. I’ve called repeatedly and no one can tell me anything. I’ve got a terminally ill husband and I need access to water to care for him and I don’t have it!
Very professional, polite and willing to answer what question I had. They explained the process of the work they were performing. Have used Greenwell several times and always very satisfied with their work. Highly recommend them!!!
