Purchased a 2018 preowned car, after all the paperwork was done (3 hours) they give 1 key to the car. I’ve tried several times to get them have me one made. No luck. I definitely will not have my car serviced there if they are not willing to help me with a spare key. No I don’t recommend Toyota of the Shoals.
RecommendedToyota of the Shoals has a great service dept. They treat you right and stand by their service! I recommend them to my family and friends and will definitely return in the future.
