Toyota of the Shoals knows how to treat their customers. I drove 155 miles one way to buy a used car from this dealership. They make you feel like your buying a new car instead of a used car: new tires, new brakes, rotaries turned, tires balanced, oil changed, new oil and air filters, new wipers and the list goes on and on. Let me say this. Toyota of the Shoals is a first class dealership represented by great people like Jake Miller, Bryant Mitchell, and Chad Killian. They have more than just Toyotas and can get you out of what you're driving and into what you need for the budget you have. I couldn't be happier with my deal, and I've made a few. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I have been dealing with the Service Dept. for 12 years now and they have always been honest and professional.
