Horrible Service Experience – Never Returning I brought my 2024 Kia Seltos to Greenway Kia West on August 1st for a non-functioning radio and backup camera. I was told the radio was defective and would be replaced. However, while my vehicle was in their possession, the gear shift release was tampered with, and I suspect an attempted theft. The explanation from the service department was implausible — a tech needed to move the car but didn’t retrieve the key, so they decided to force the gear shifter.
