Very rude very racist pulled everybody else car out of service mind you my appointment was at 5:30 I’m just leaving at 7:10 and he seen me out waiting on my car instead of bringing like he did every other customer with a valet service he makes me pull my own car out after I been waiting outside watching him pull everyone car up out of the back for them they played nice nasty since I been there
A day before the hurricane, I made a Kia service center . I went in for a tire patch and 1 hour of me waiting , they told me that I have to buy a whole new tired because the tire is unfixable and there was nothing they could do about it (Even though this a brand new car ) after the guy offered me a payment plan twice . I finally decided to raise my star rating for Greenway KIA West up to a four after a ton had to be done within the passed 2/3 weeks. [objective] I worked with a sales person named Mario Pinilla. As a sales person he worked really well with me when it came to the purchase of the vehicle, the model that I wanted and the trim that I wanted as well without trying to push too heavily on other options and I definitely appreciated that.
