Got my fiat serviced with them recently, the crankshaft tone wheel was broken. They fixed my car fast, Hunter was my service advisor. He was incredibly arrogant while completing my intake. He told me the code on the check engine light was for a misfire, and at that point I let him know that a local mechanic I initially brought it to saw the same code, and that it was not actually that. Hunter gave me a lower price that was originally quoted after checking with his manager. I arrived at 7:00 a.m. and was out amazingly by 8:30 am. You really can't beat that; great service all around! Thank you, Hunter!!
Service this week for an Alfa and Fiat went surprisingly smooth. Was greeted upon driving up almost immediately by a friendly guy who's organizing the bay, then by a service rep with a tablet. Waiting room had drinks, snacks, TV, internet.. Good communication via text messages.
They were very professional and their attitude was very nice. A suggestions if the Fiat can open and other branch for services in Orlando, Florida which would help a lot of customers so we can have different opinions.
