Kate Heaney was simply awesome! Through some tough circumstances my mother had to sell her home. Not being from that area I didn’t know what to expect for help. Kate exceeded any expectations. Prompt call back, great maintenance service
I have rented from this company for 2 years, one year at 51 Main st and 1 year at 100 Emerald st. As a college student it was a great choice to rent from Greenwald. My first year (51 main st in 2021-2022) I paid $725 for a studio apartment on the 3rd floor. It came with everything included except electeicity and wifi and it was $300 to park for the year. At the other residence (100 Emerald st in 2022-2023) I paid $1,100 for a 2 bedroom with myself and my girlfriend, we each paid $550 for rent, which included everything excep... read more
I wish I could give no stars. Don't waste your time with these people. They're beyond greedy and don't care about anyone but themselves.
The person I talked to about apartments today was wonderful! He answered all my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. I’ve never had such a great experience while looking for an apartment until I walked in today.
