It's the slowest hospital even slower than Anderson South Carolina they don't give a damn about their patience
The service is horrible. Someone arrives who truly needs immediate attention, yet they are made to wait while suffering in pain. The people at the front desk are incredibly rude—what kind of hospital is this?
My mother in her late 80s loves this hospital. They have always gone the extra mile for her. Yes she is a customer, but the standard of care has been excellent on multiple occasions. I have used the ER myself twice and was completely satisfied with the level of care on both times.
Took my son here for a suspected broken nose after he face planted into a wall. The wait time was reasonable. The treatment plan was reasonably conservative. They could have easily proposed more unnecessary and premature tests than they did, but they deferred to outpatient follow-up and made the appropriate referrals for us. The doctor's bedside manner was fantastic.
It's a great Hospital everyone is super friendly and helpful
