I am like so many others I had to give it one star to even leave the review. I had gastric bypass and they let me hurt. I have never been a hard patient to deal with. I cried and begged God to help me and not let me die in that place. They said they would get me up to walk that night. They were on their phones mostly. You hit the call button and they would actually get mad. This review is for the phone system.y husband was brought in my squad after a MVA . I am out of town, 10 hours away. I tried 4 times to call ER. AI answering is horrible! I feel so sorry for family members trying to check on a loved one when we have to speak to a computer! Please, I'm begging you...get rid of AI , let us speak to a caring human being! You really should be ashamed of yourself for making us speak to a computer.

His calm, confident manner immediately put me at ease, and within minutes of his treatment my pain was completely gone.
