We had my son’s 4th birthday party here and it was wonderful! The staff had everything set up beautifully and Brittany was so patient during the whole party. You can imagine 4 year olds in a gem store was a little chaotic. They put special gems in the birthday boys bucket which was such a nice and thoughtful touch. I hadn’t gone here in a few months, and decided to go in to look for some new jewelry. They’ve raised their prices almost double since the last time I was in, and the staff was so rude. A staff member with short brown hair and glasses actually approached me to tell me “if you’re looking for Andy, she got fired because she didn’t want to come in to work for “mental health reasons”” It seems ridiculous to me that your employees are sharing ex staff information to random customers, really unprofessional and just downright weird... read more
