Dr. Colannino operated on my left big toe joint on Dec. 10th. It was a resurfacing of the joint with a hemicap joint implant. My left toe has not been able to flex for over 4 years. The joint pain was waking me up at night and my adjusted stride was starting to cause knee pain. Since the surgery there is no joint pain and I am able to flex the toe fully. I have known Dr Colaninno for many years, besides a colleague, he has been my podiatrists since 1999. He has a warm personality, is very knowledgeable, and the office staff is great. I would recommend if anyone is looking for a podiatrist, start here.
