By the time you do a physical and then bringing the paperwork it's still saying 7710 business days which is fine but now my son is being derived from going to school on time because it's taking the 7 to 10 business days and they already had it and the doctor's appointment was on August 8th taking forever for paperwork that's ridiculous now my son has to wait to start daycare again because of the fact that matter is taking forever to get the paperwork done
Would definitely give 0 needed papers signed for my children enrollment for a school not only is they unprofessional but my daughter had a physical already in January 2025 they saying she needs another one for them to sign it ,I'm reaching people to press the situation not letting up because this ridiculous never had this much issues before they moved, the people there don't know nothing even when trying to figure out if they signed the papers now they don't know where they are all of sudden but I put them into the women han... read more
If I could honestly give zero stars I would. 18 times in the past 30 days I have called told oh will give you a call back. Give you a call back and never got a call back. Since January 2024 I have tried to call every day to make an appointment for my child to have a check up. That never happened. I’m glad that I took my phone records with me when I went to urgent care at the same hospital campus that his doctors office is at and they couldn’t believe it when I showed it to them. Poor ass clinic , this place has fell downhill even more since relocating!!! My kid is 17 , never had these issues back in the day oh and not to mention the sorry phone reception lady taha a joke
It’s 2024 and they refuse to accept paperwork like back to school forms via fax or email. I’ve moved away and they won’t even assist with transitioning offices with out having you come in, wait 2 weeks and come in again to retrieve documents. The staff is rude and lack any empathy. I hate the front end. The doctors are great however.
