Very competitive prices
Competant, knowledgeable salesperson, excellent technical staff/installers. Durable top quality equipment was installed. All questions were promptly answered. Some miscommunication with office staff but they were quick to remedy. One material shortage produced a delay. Time to completion was quite a bit longer than we expected but we are happy with the final project. Should save us an expected 60% on our energy costs.
The crew is good. Process can be improved.
Renu was very helpful throughout the entire process of having a solar system designed, installed, and financed. They were by far the best quote that I received as well. Renu Energy was so helpful and quick. Jeremy Pitts even went the extra mile to reassure me of the quote after hours when I emailed him. Fantastic and quick customer service responses to ALL of my emails.
Renu Energy Solutions provided the materials and installed an 8.4 kW array on my garage. Their installation crew did an excellent job, from ensuring the standoffs on the roof were properly secure and leak-proof, that rails and panels were correctly attached, and finally the system was attached to the inverter on the side of the building. Their crewâ s work could not have been better. But bureaucratic screwups in Renuâ s front office delayed power delivery to the grid by seven weeks.
Great people. Great customer service. Very quick. From first initial call to final install took about 3 weeks. Cutting through the Duke power ang government BS that RENU had no control over took about 6 more weeks. The only issue I had with RENU was that they did not plan for a large enough system to meet my energy needs.
