They said it was a turnkey solution, and true to their words they handled every step of the process for me. I just paid the bill. If they could find a way to cover that for me, too, I'd add a sixth star! XD

My experience with Renu was great. All aspects of the company were top notch. I was referred by a friend and Jeremy did a great job explaining the products. It wasnâ t sales call at all. After that point the financial part was super easy and then the rest of the team started to chime in on all of the next steps. Holly, Calli, and Thomas were in contact constantly with updates with approvals of financing, HOA and inspections. Wes, the electrician, and Matt, install lead, were great. I was very impressed!!!!!! Renu Energy is a company that I would recommend to anyone. I called Duke Energy and they referred me to two companies. My husband and I contacted both companies and Jeremy from Renu Energy was the first person that called us back. Jeremy was very accommodating, patient, and professional. We had solar panels installed through Renu. The whole process was streamlined for us, the prices were some of the best we had found and the customer service was excellent. Even the install team of guys were wonderful knowledgeable personable people. During the process we met Lauren P. and the Sunteam, they are amazing. I never realized what a difference it makes to have a dedicated service team on hand for any needs that might arise or to assess any problems just for me practically. Professional is the word I would use. Also, they had to deal with my roofer who take 3 months because of the pandemic to finish his job. During it all, they were helpful, courteous and kept me in the loop. Nice job.
