They wait is entirely too long. They should not over book patients.
Good experiences in the past but this last time was terrible. Worst customer service ever! Couldn't get anyone to return phone calls for 4 days trying to get info from Dr. Ramos' office, waited 35 mins for appt before having to leave, X-ray & prescription for things my son wasn't being seen for! No one ever apologized & never did hear f/doc.
The doctors are great...wonderful, healers!!!! :)
Dr. Kendall was great and the whole office ran so smoothly and in a timely fashion.
