I've been going here for 5 years off and on trying to figure out a way to manage my back pain. Recently, my leg has been giving out on me and it feels like I've been waiting a life time to get ahold of people and for people to call me. Best Orthopaedic around. Yes the wait time is long but it is worth it. You have to remember to be thankful you have an appointment with the best doctors. The best comes to those who wait. I have talked to people in the waiting room that drove two hours to get here. Sometimes they have emergencies that put them behind. I know because I have been one. They care for their patients.
I broke my wrist a while back and had a great experience here! Even though I was miserable in my cast, they made me feel right at home appointment after appointment. Everyone was so friendly from the Doctors, to the X-ray techs, to the people at the front desk. I highly recommend them!
What an amazing group!!! Front staff, nurses, doctors and everyone in between!!! My son and I have both had great medical assistance from this very knowledgeable and family oriented group!! Dr. Norris and Dr. Orttman have been amazing!! Merry Christmas and thank you all for caring!!
6 years after my neck surgery I still have no complaints. Dr. Brooks was awesome, his nurses, radiology and P.A. all were great. Dr. Brooks is highly recommended by me.

Dr. Brooks was amazing, very understanding and explained the procedure in great detail. Also had a smile on his face, and willing to answer any questions I might of had.
Dr. Ortmann is the best !!he has the best bed side manners
Every MD that I have seen in the group has been absolutely wonderful- very professional and personable. I would never see any other group! They really listen to the patients concerns .
