I had to have a diskogram done today. For anyone who doesn't know, this is a very painful procedure which must be done with no sedation or pain medications. From the very first call the staff was helpful, compassionate, kind, I could go on and on. The entire staff was so comforting and made something that could have been miserable into something very tolerable! From check in to check out everyone was extremely nice, friendly and helpful!
Was really nervous on my test. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the checking in to the procedure itself. You do not see this kind of treatment today.
The people there are wonderful. Very efficient and didn't have to wait for my MRI. The person who helped me was so sweet and understanding. They made me feel comfortable and wanted my experience to be positive. I wish all medical facilities were this nice. Thanks for being so nice, sweet, and loving.
