The visit went wonderful no waiting right on time for everything. The staff is outstanding, they are very kind and caring making sure I was comfortable at all times.
Top notch staff here! Melody was professional, warm and compassionate - totally put me at ease. She truly has a gift for taking care of others and her enthusiasm for her job was obvious. Dr Hu’s bedside manner was spot on. He was very gentle and had a great sense of humor. I hope I never have to come back here again, but if I do, I know I’ll be well taken care of!
I went in last week for epideral injections. My experience from start to finish was amazing. The staff went over & beyond my expectations. From check in, to explaining my procedure, making sure I was comfortable during the procedure, keeping us company afterwards in recovery, to even making sure my fiancé was comfortable & getting him a drink!!! I’m hoping my first procedure worked but if it didn’t & I have to go back for a second round ... this will definitely be where I choose to go.
From the time I walked into the door until I walked out the staff treated me so amazing. I was put on a brand new machine and the experience was as if they had it for years. Thank you for everything! (PS, the drink for the test could be much better! �)
My go to place for MRI or CT testing. Went this week, remodeling underway, but signage was excellent! I was even greeted by a smiling staff member to guide me to the Registration area. My comfort was addressed, music was great, and the signed Thank You card made me feel so good! I highly recommend Greensboro Imaging.
