Been living here for three years now and although the apartment is nice, there’s some major issues. 1. The plumbing is prehistoric and the water comes out with very little pressure, and heat. I’ve had maintenance in my apartment for plumbing issues many times including a backed up tub and a shower leak that caused water damage because the shower is not tiled all the way up.
