I lived there for three years. I never had any issues. Staff came and fixed problems immediately. I never heard my neighbors. I moved because I needed more space otherwise I would have stayed another couple of years.
Don't even bother moving in, they will never show you the apartment your moving into until you sign the papers. Then you get to see the run down apartment your renting for a lot of money. Just stay away!
I have enjoyed my stay. Thank you tom for making me so comfortable.
Due to the high turnover rate, employees here are rarely helpful, and every mistake is blamed on someone who's "new." Thanks to them, I've paid my rent thrice this month, and that is only one of many complaints I have. Apartments are decent. Golf course is nice, but NOT free for residents (they make you pay $15 for the cart each, even if you share it).
