RecommendedI highly recommend this apartment complex. The staff genuinely care and are very responsive to requests.
They will leave 15 notices about changing air filters but not tell you when they’re ripping out your stairs! Management is horrible and has no clue what they’re talking about. Also no communication about how the pool has been broken basically all summer. Not sure why we can’t get an email about these things? The stairs being ripped out without any notice is unbelievable. Especially when you’re on the second floor with no other way to get out.
First off.. My lease was for 2 months. They claim to be "luxury apartments". The grounds is so so, the security gates don't work, the pool was missing tiles, the hot tub was out the majority of time i was there. I stayed in the executive suites which is furnished, maid service and a golf club membership. ALL included in price. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I’ve never had an issue. Maintenance and the other staff are all very professional and kind. Their social events are always fun and it’s nice meeting my fellow residents.
Completely horrible apartment complex to live at; I cannot wait to move out! Maintenance requests are not handled promptly and when you insist on the problem be fixed, they almost flood your apartment! This place is a complete joke and they have you fooled when you come look at and tour the property. The ‘show’ apartment is nothing like what your apartment will even look like. The manager doesn’t care about anything other than filling the apartment with the next victim. So sad....
