The management is terrible, they will blatantly lie to you in order to get you to sign the lease. The contract they make you sign to rent a apartment sounds good but they do not honor their end of the agreement. It says they have a nice club house but a lot of the stuff they say is at the clubhouse is busted half the time. hot tub broke, sauna never worked and gym equipment is occasionally broke and takes forever to fix. Noise is also awful, they lied to me and my wife about construction schedules and times of construction. ... read more
If you a military family don't live here. Yes they allowed us to break the lease, but they also charged us a full months rent for 9 days. We didn't even get our $250 deposit back in fact we had to pay then an additional $70 from another country. The walls are super thin and all of the air vents are connected so if someone smokes in the apartment behind you you will get the second hand smoke in your apartment.
