FAKE-ATOR provided a free appraisal to the family who was really going to buy it was not really on the market I wasted a lot of time. Don't get a mortgage before you buy the home you're bidding on like they want you to do.
They give excellent service and tell you what is the best to do with your money, definitely worth the time.
