The only reason I gave it one star is because you have to select one to write a review! The employees are extremely unprofessional and they do not fix things in your apartment until they see it necessary. Even tho we pay them monthly and it's in our lease agreement that they have to! Can't wait until December to move! NOBODY LIVE HERE! SUCH A TERRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX!

I been here since December of 2014 and everything has gone well every time there has been an issue they promptly fix it they keep the units updated and keep the building and the surrounding grounds outside clean and neat the rent is reasonable and the office staff are always helpful and I can always count on The assistant property manager, Ms.Becca Caloia having an answer to any question or concern I might have she is very professional and good at her job because that I would highly recommend people looking for a place to co... read more
I have lived in my Greenmar Apt. Since may of 2006. I really enjoy the community and my neighbors.Great place to live.
Really like the apartments, we get serviced quickly when needed. Sometimes we have to wait but they do well at explaining why we had to wait. The neighbors are quiet which I enjoy for I usually work nights so I sleep during the days, it's nice not to have people yelling or walking heavily on the floors above us.
Gary and I love it here. Very nice area. A lot of room to walk our dog. Staff is very helpful. The gym is very nice. We really like our maintenance man Ken. Very nice.
