I signed my 6th lease. The doors in my building are still rotting since the day I moved in. The exterior doors were without a bottom plate for over a year allowing pest and rodents were able to come and go at will. Their solution was tracking down a sill plate not attached to the frames still allowing for pest and rodents. The patio table area outside our building is covered in dirt due to the landscaping and the table is so warped it can’t be used. We lived here for a year before the office management noticed that the utilities were not in our name. We sub leased and they didn’t catch this until we were ready to break the lease in order to buy a house. Thus making our total substantially higher than we expected, to break the lease. We were also expecting a baby at the time and living in a toxic and moldy building (building 1071) Mold was found in our apartment. Denied of course. It was called “surface mildew”. Greenmar is a great community and extremely reasonably priced for the area. The staff from....office to maintenance are always friendly and willing to listen or help. If something is wrong or needs to be fixed in your apartment... They are on top of as soon as possible. The pools are great and a lot of fun in the summer. I've met many friendly people in the time I've lived here. I highly recommend Greenmar Apartments. I lived in lower Greenmar 3 years ago and never had any issues. Love the people they are awesome! They worked with us on our crazy schedules and crazy life. I would definitely recommend them if you need something for a while to get back on your feet like we did they work well with you and try their best to cater to your needs!
Who's attention do I need to get to have my AC fixed!!! It's been over 90 in my apartment for 4 days now! All your maintenance guy did was drop off a tiny window unit!?! It needs a compressor, go to the store and get it, seriously. This is your way of treating 2 veterans you were so eager to have sign your lease when we got home??.. The staff are always helpful and responsive and make sure they understand any questions you have whether renewing our lease again in which we just did, assisting with requests for service on our apartment, etc. I really appreciate the office and maintenance staff for being so committed to making sure everything is "right".
