I understand the stigma behind used car dealers... Shady cars, sleazy salesmen, inflated prices, you name it! These guys are the exact opposite of that stigma. They could not have been more helpful. They could not have been nicer. We reached a fair deal within a couple of minutes, and 30 minutes later I was driving home a fantastic car! They treated me with respect. Came in for a 2011 Audi A8, but ended purchasing a 2014 Audi A8 that they also had on at their dealership, just hadn’t been listed for sale yet. Contract and paperwork to close the deal only took about 30 minutes and was ready to drive off with my new car. Also staff was extremely helpful and not pushy and were willing to show me the vehicle history reports and any work/maintenance they’ve done on the car.
5 stars for great customer service and helpful staffs. They give you a good deal. They helped me to find the insurance plug in a second with a good deal.
