This place is the worst. But dont bother calling to say anything to them cause they dont answer any of their numbers given, the portal to send complaints, requests and check rent has been down for months. Speaking of requests weve put in a few one of which was for our toilet and it took a full week to get someone up to take a look at it. Our family lived here from mid 2024 to mid 2025. There is someone new in the office every few weeks. When we moved in it was clear the apartment was not cleaned before we moved in. Our fridge and all the cabinets had food crumbs left over from the previous tenants. The dishwasher and sink smelled like sewage. During winter, our second bedroom window had black mold in it. Maintenance is terrible, slow, and disorganized. The air conditioning has been failing for over a month, and every day there's a different excuse. I have to keep calling and reminding them that it hasn't been fixed yet; all I've received are false repair dates. It's the middle of summer, and the pool is still not open. Why are we paying for a closed pool? The management has had enough time to fix it.
Pool might as well be closed. And yet still crap maintenance, also they don't say anything to their tenants that don't pick up their dog crap, and sick and tired of them not trimming their trees where in the middle of the night i have to hear my kids wake up due to the mess from the fruit tree and doesn't want to get certified people to get things done.
