Worse ever apartment I lived in . They send lawsuit to us for $200 move out fee. They never send us the move out fee bill, never contacted either by phone or email. We reached out 3 times asking to send us the bill but never did and send us lawsuit after a year.
Since our relocation, several appliances have malfunctioned, including the washing machine, the dishwasher and the drawers. We quickly contacted the maintenance service for the repairs, and they sent a technician to fix the door. However, despite repeated calls over the last month and a half, we have been constantly assured that they will send someone to address the remaining issues. Rude management, stopped responding when I asked how to get my security deposit back. It’s been 6 months and still no response or security deposit. Stuff got stolen from my vehicle, it was disgusting when we moved in didn’t look like it was ever cleaned. Horrible experience, would highly recommend saving troubles and going somewhere else.
