There’s a great new office team here that is really working to make improvements and you can tell
It’s fine. Had no issues my first year. A new owner took over a few months ago and sadly no improvements to the property have been made, but my fees sure have gone up as if they did.. VERY disappointing. Just another money hungry management company lining their pockets by making housing unaffordable.
I toured this place. I got taken into an apartment that the tenants just moved out of and wasn’t cleaned. Paint and/or caulk on the floor, appliances were old and outdated. The dishwasher baskets were rusted out. I’ve never seen such old washer and dryer. I felt my clothes would get cleaner at a laundromat than using the ones in the apartment. HVAC system looked like it could be updated and probably added costs to the tenant. Bathroom cabinet and countertop felt shorter than typical standard height. Caulk missing between fin... read more
Manny & Alicia are the very best in the leasing office !! They communicate so well and straightforward. They go above and beyond to help you find your perfect home. The maintenance here is very attentive and always on time! There is always maintenance on call even after hours, maintenance shows up which is pretty awsome! We're going to hit our year staying here in The Parks apartments and we will definitely be renewing our lease with them again. Hurry and get the new special deals they got going on its soo worth it! This place is the worst. But dont bother calling to say anything to them cause they dont answer any of their numbers given, the portal to send complaints, requests and check rent has been down for months. Speaking of requests weve put in a few one of which was for our toilet and it took a full week to get someone up to take a look at it. We've had our water shut off out of nowhere daily for almost an entire week in a row which granted was for emergencies (or so were told after we stormed up to the front desk) but no warning ... read more
