9/23/2026 Our family ended up reaching out to Davis couty health department the number to reach them is 801-525-5104 they came in and did an inspection and said the apartment is "Unfit for Human Occupancy" they also told us that they get regalar calls, and have condemned other apartments. I know a few people that have lived there and still live there. They are letting all the riff raff move in. Every other week the police are there. The pool last year was open for one weekend and this year was never opened and is making a great swamp. They keep going through different management. Which does nothing to fix things. Too expensive for what you get. They make you use only their Internet which is Xfinity. Anyone that has had Xfinity Internet knows that's why they HAD IT and no longer do. Because it's terrible! 8/1/2026 UPDATE... You can reed the issues below. Read every review, look at the pictures. Things like paying $2200 for a two bedroom apartment and then not having a working waterheater or be able to live in that 2nd bedroom sucks, BUT FAR WORSE THEN ALL THE MAINTENANCE ISSUES IS THE WAY THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY WILL TREAT YOU FOR TURNING MAINTENANCE REQUESTS. We have been living at the park apartments going on our 6th year. Almost every year the property management is replaced with a new one. In the 6 years the rent has more than doubled, not one maintenance issue fixed, but all maintenance was reported as fixed. One of the biggest problems we have had for 2 years and counting is a leaking waterheater. It has rotted out all the walls and floor. The management team, has had us move everything out of the room so they can fix it, but don't show up to fix it, they report it as fixed.... read more
☆☆☆☆ I do not recommend living at The Park Apartments. During my lease, my family and I have experienced numerous maintenance and safety issues that have made living here very difficult. We have had electrical problems, including outlets that spark and appear to short circuit, which is a serious safety concern. We have also dealt with defective appliances that have repeatedly failed and caused ongoing inconvenience. In addition, we experienced a pest problem inside the apartment.
