Kara and Elaine at Greenhouse Balance have been amazing massage therapists! I have been seeing Kara consistently for several months now and have noticed an improvement not only in the tightness I seem to hold in my shoulder area, but I have also noticed a huge improvement in my stress levels. I have come to realize that self-care is something I need to be able to function in my life and business in a top capacity. The location in Mystic is great for convenience and parking!
