Pros: - spacious apt with a balcony; - maintenance service, Mike is a great manager who helped us with everything; - affordable rent; - free parking Cons: - our apt was located on the highest floor right under the roof, it was always very hot in summer (ac didn’t help much although it was constantly working), and it was very cold in winter - in winter we could hear sounds of wood cracking, very loud we would wake up - carpet was very old but I would imagine it varies depending on the apt - gas bills were extremely high, the ... read more
