Positives...John is extremely responsive. When I inquired about a vehicle still undergoing restoration and asked to schedule a pre-purchase inspection, he was constantly providing updates and photos to keep me in the loop. And according to the ASE master mechanic I hired to inspect the vehicle, most items that Greenfield had worked on were acceptable. Negatives...when discussing price and deposit, John frequently stated terms that were immediately contradicted once he put me in touch with Anna who “handles the transactions”.... read more

VVVvvery dissatisfied with dealership owner.I state i was coming from out of state had cash money and would like to negotiate deal on the vehicle i wanted. She told me that the price is final , but on cargurus it states price is negotiable she then stated she want negotiate even when i said i would pay the price the car first listed for 7 days ago she then replied she'll show me a cheaper car and she said she was with a customer and would call me back .I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HER. original price $3450 1wk ago

I have never met another dealership as honest as this one. They literally have everything written in the ad. They show all of the before AND after photos. They tell you right off the bat what happened to the car, what they did and the sales man takes you on a roller coaster test drive! Lol It was pretty awesome. I bought a 2006 Chrysler minivan. Obviously not new and not perfect. But it runs and drives great. What you see is what you get.
