Greenfield property management is a joke. If you don’t mind not getting your deposit back, go ahead and risk renting with them. They will charge you for things that should be considered wear and tear. They don’t know how to ever answer a phone. Everything is by email or text. Very unprofessional.
They just showed a video of my apartment of over 9 years..they "cleaned" the carpet but you'll see stains in a week..guessing the carpet is at least 20 years old..also they replaced a door and tried to charge me when I moved out for the door that was damaged when I moved in..also tried to charge me for cleaning but what you see in the videos other than the carpets was all me..they gave me about a half of my deposit because of the carpet..if you move in take a Pic that day and then 2 weeks later..renter beware
Worst ever experience! I wonder how they even got 2.4 stars, probably they paid someone for it. We tried calling them numerous times, no answer. Went to the office during their open hours, nobody was there. The lady is rude and doesn't even wanna listen to what the next person has to say. Overall, they just want to make money off the application fee.
Nice places hoping to get a place from them soon nice customer service so far
