I would not recommend to anyone due to poor management, lack of up keep. Windows let cold and heat in. Along with bugs. Nothing done to take care of buildings, apartments or anything on property but rent increases each lease renewal. They will do nothing about the noise or horrible neighbors that they move in but will nickel and dime your deposit from you along with any additional charges they can try to get.
