The negative comments are actually positive! My experience with Greene Manor has been so horribly disfigured from my initial step into the bldg over 5 years ago. Instead of being homeless, I opted for a cute little yellow home via the Veterans Administration. Yes, I had to break the lease, but that was a decision I was willing to take. The property manager was ridiculous. I do not believe I was supposed to be given the apt I was in on the 7th floor (the sauna).
