RecommendedGreat place to live Management and leasing department are responsive and pleasant.
Greene Manor Apartments needs to need improve in two areas. Maintenance, why? Becasue every Thunder storm water always leaks through the ceiling of the living room. Mind you, I've made them very aware of the matter but no one cares. Another huge issue that i have is with their staff and management, they continue to show of lack for their tenants and the community. They have cameras installed in their parking lots but don't use them when criminal activity takes place in their parking lots.
We have been renting since September. Had to relocate from other unit due to the excessive noise from the dancing troupe upstairs. Yes they are under new management and it is better but we experienced the dying moments of the prior management team and they were awful. New manager is doing her best under what can only be described as difficult circumstances. It's hit or miss to get through on the main number and messages are often not returned.
