Couldn't be more dissatisfied/disappointed by the standard of service. Grace was incredibly unhelpful and adopted a very poor attitude when asked if she could provide a delivery window. Requested to speak with a Supervisor, but was told he wasn't available. Been waiting 5 days, tarps, plants, everything ready to go and this company just really let us down.
