I lived in the Main Street apartment for 3 years and never had any issues. The pricing was fair and all of my maintenance requests were taken care of super fast. The landlord is also a very kind person.
They are a great rental company with great landlords and property managers! They actually care about their tenants and would highly recommend renting from them.
I lived at Greenbush Properties for a year and can highly recommend the apartment. The management team is excellent. They are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Greenbush Properties to anyone seeking a high-quality rental experience. Their excellent service and well-managed properties truly set them apart. They went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, demonstrating genuine care and dedication. Their approach made me feel valued as a resident and greatly contributed to a positive living environment.
I co-signed a one-year lease for my daughter (8/15/23-8/15/24), but after signing it, they changed the dates without my knowledge and are now expecting our daughter to vacate the property three days early. While this may sound like a minor issue to them, it's quite a dilemma for our daughter, who will basically have to be homeless for three days as a result of them trying to take advantage of her age/naivete.
