This is a very safe place to explore esketamine therapy. The treatments were fully covered by my insurance, which they billed directly. Even the prescription was covered by insurance. The staff are all very calm, courteous and kind. They take very good care of you. From the first phone call, and throughout treatment. The treatment rooms are comfortable. My visits to Greenbrook for Spravato are very effective/helpful. The staff is excellent and doesn't seem rushed. I've had the opportunity to work with Avery quite a bit, and I find her to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
Greenbrook was amazing. They got me in for my initial appointment quickly, answered all of my questions, and were able to work with my schedule. Avery and Sam were amazing techs and always made sure that I felt ready and comfortable throughout this process. Highly recommend!
