The complex is worth its price, it’s good and peaceful for living, and especially ideal for families with children. There are some minor drawbacks in the apartments, but those exist everywhere and are not significant. When I visited the pool, I often saw that people were unhappy about the lifeguard’s breaks and constantly complained, which sometimes gets annoying, because it’s the law and not the lifeguard’s whim. This apartment complex needs to get rid of the life guard. There is no need for a life guard at this pool. She takes 15 minute breaks EVERY 30-45 minute. She is CONSTANTLY making us get out of the pool, I understand the weather is hot but the breaks are excessive. This pool should just be a “swim at your own risk”, I come to the pool to relax and I am constantly having to get in and out of it. I was so shocked why I never noticed anyone at the pool and I see now why they don’t go. It’s ridiculous.
