I was there for tests. The staff was courteous and professional. They explained what each one consisted of and how long they would take. The place was clean. The wifi worked. BUT I can't give it a 5-rating because anybody that says they LOVE the experience is at the wrong facility........They don't treat psychiatric disorders there.....Solid 4......��
