I took my Husband to the ER on Wed Night he spend 7 hours on a stretcher in the ER with severe back pain and signs of a stroke before he was admitted to the hospital.Next day a Doctor said it was Bells Palsy which did not explain why he could not walk by himself and why his bloodpressure and heart beat were to high.They were going to release him but he asked to talk to the administrator and after a consult with a neurologist (on video Screen ) he was sent to Ruby Memorial where they found out he had Miller Fisher Syndrome.If... read more

I’ve been in a few hospitals and ER’s in my life.And this hospital has the most caring,helpful staff that I have Ever encountered.I had surgery there by Dr. Justin Douglas,ENT.Five Days later,I had a nose bleed that would not stop.I drove an extra 45 minutes past RGH to get to Greenbrier Valley Medical Center ER.They took me in immediately,& called Dr. Douglas.It was 1:30 am,& he was there within minutes.And the Dr. & nurses did everything to make me comfortable while Dr.Douglas was on his way.He came in and within 10 minute... read more
I came in for right side pain Dr Lane done a ultrasound on my gallbladder come to find out my gallbladder wasn't working and surgery that following Monday with Dr Casto excellent service
nurses are rude and will not give you time to tell them what's wronh
Billing department needs to send bills to insurance company !!!!! Stop sending them to my son. Insurance agreed to pay . prior to my son being seen by an ENT.
