My daughter and I toured this apartment community yesterday and left feeling disappointed with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the leasing agent never introduced herself or asked for our names. There was no warm welcome or effort to make us feel comfortable. Throughout the tour, she came across as uninterested and not very personable. Great apartment, great community, and great monthly events with free food
Just be aware that the model apartment they show you when you come to do a tour is not at all what the actual available units look like or the same condition. And when I moved into mine it was not cleaned at all. Dog hair everywhere and nasty caked on food on edges of stove range. I ended up having to spend a day cleaning it myself before I moved my stuff in. And if you end up having to break the lease be prepared for unreasonable amount of fees.
