Do not listen to the 5 star reviews. After living here for 2 years I’m pleased to report that we moved out. Originally when we signed our lease it was Greenbrier Ridge Apartments. The leasing staff was kind and seemed to care. When Brookside took over the property it was evident that they only cared about making money. The staff went from welcoming to harsh and cold, which ultimately isn’t their fault. They are being told what to do from a higher up somewhere sitting in his cozy office while his residents live in mold infest... read more
