This place was secure and nice when I first moved here 2014 but every since Southwood Realty took over its gone down hill.. don’t let the pictures fool you. Ask to do a complete tour of everything. You will see the recreation gym equipment does not work and has been closed since 2916, they advertise surveillance cameras. That’s a lie if there were cameras they would’ve captured the 30 car break ins that happened June 29, 2018!!! Look it up it was on the news. My lease started around June 2016 ,,, air went out the middle of my first week of moving in, gave us a air conditioner that pulled up and only cooled the livibg room ( i had a 2 bed room) then was charging me for the light for July and August when i moved out in July 2016
