Please do not stay in this apartment if you are planning to break lease in between. They will not let your unit advertised for rent and do everything to charge you till the end of lease. I stayed this apartment for 6 years and they charge me every penny for all maintenance and I owe them more than $1000 now despite having $500 deposit. Please do your due diligence and you can find other good apartments which will not steal your money in the name of policy.
Being a tenant of Greenbriar for upcoming of 5 years… I have gone into the office on multiple occasions for numerous reasons and have felt welcomed by whichever manager we had at the time. Today on December 4, 2025 I went into the office to take care of some business, ask a few questions of concern, and provide my rental check for my unit. When tenants vacate, the company frequently tries to impose unwarranted charges, and their representatives—MaryBeth Freund and Sande Petrone—are consistently discourteous and unprofessional.
