Although I've never lived here, I'm giving this 5 stars because I do like these apartments and the big balconies often with woodsy views, but mostly because of the incredibly helpful property manager Melissa Cupec, she truly tried to help me get a walk in apartment without steps, but unfortunately it didn't work out so Melissa then managed to promptly help me get a credit refund on the application and which was a huge help for being on a fixed income. That's what I call great management service!
This place is great! The complex is beautiful and the apartments are very spacious and newly renovated. I was able to tour, apply for the apartment and move in, in a matter of 2 days and that was all thanks to Melissa. She has been very helpful with everything and very sweet to my baby girl. The maintenance staff are amazing as well, I put down a work order to fix some stuff in my apartment and they came in less than an hour and fixed everything. Would recommend !
Very nice place for living. Maintenance requests are always completed on time (quick response, professional service). Thank you guys.
