("Hey there's some water damage you need to know about... please call me back") 2) They assume the homeowner is not intelligent and does not know what they're talking about. 3) They're Luddites. They have no posted email address, how can I send them images? (Fax? haha!) Also. why can't I pay HOA dues via PayPal?
The worst management company ever!!! They claim to be courteous and prompt but they are anything but that! Be ready to be mistreated and ignored if any issue in your home and neighborhood arises. This company should not be running a business
